Age Concern, Estepona and Manilva, Lunch

Do not forget that Age Concern is organising a lunch at the El Hatillo restaurant (C/ Manuel Navarro Mollor, 8, Local 12-13, near the Virgin del Carmen church, Estepona) for 21st January 2015 – 13.30 for 14.00. Forty places are available and to reserve yours please call 951318234 and leave your details, or pop into the shop in Calle Zaragoza during opening hours – the cost is 10€ for Friends and Volunteers, 11€ for all other guests. It will be a three course meal with a drink, the menu choices will be available soon. Please try and pay before the 16th January – again pop into the shop with it and, at the same time, choose your menu if not already done. Do book now to avoid disappointment.

Age Concern,Estepona and Manilva, Disability Aids

For a small deposit and a donation people can borrow disability aids like wheelchairs, walking frames and crutches from Age Concern. Supplies are limited and therefore it is important that people reserve items as far in advance as possible.

All you have to do is contact us on 608587538 between 10.00 and 13.30 Monday to Saturday to check availability and make a reservation.

Age Concern, Estepona and Manilva, Charity Shop

Our shop in Calle Zaragoza, Estepona, (opening times are 10.00 to 13.30 Monday to Saturday) needs more donations of clothes and bric-a-brac. Winter clothes are in short supply as a result of the colder winter meaning that stocks are selling out rapidly. To make a donation either drop it into the shop or call 608587538 and details will be passed on to the people who do our collections.

For older people who require help or advice Age Concern operate a telephone service called Lifeline. This gives the individual a direct point of contact with the charity. The telephone number is 650163928. It should be noted that Age Concern is not an emergency service.
