Age Concern, Estepona and Manilva, Shop Stock

Age Concern has a charity shop in Calle Zaragoza, Estepona which opens from 10.00 to 13.30 Monday to Saturday inclusive. The profits from the shop go to support the volunteers who work in the community with older people, and also help support the Drop-In- Centre which is in Calle Zaragoza. All of the staff who work in the shop are volunteers – there are no paid staff.

The shop sells good quality clothing, bedding, shoes, bric-a-brac etc – all donated by the people of Estepona and the surrounding area. Unfortunately we cannot sell electrical goods or furniture. The shop is popular with local people and we sell thousands of items each year. To maintain the quality and standard we are known for more donations are urgently needed, so please search your wardrobes and cupboards and storage areas to see if there is anything you are prepared to donate. Items can be dropped off at the shop during opening hours or collection can be arranged if you call the shop on 608587538. Oh – we also accept unwanted Christmas presents!

For older people who require help or advice Age Concern operate a telephone service called Lifeline. This gives the individual a direct point of contact with the charity.
